Rhys is a local resident who first became interested in Osteopathy as a competitive cyclist & soccer player. While his passion lies in treatment and prevention of sports injuries, his approach is not limited to this having successfully treated many other problems including joint and back pain, poor posture and headaches.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Osteopathy from the University of Western Sydney. During his time at University he gained practical experience working as a massage therapist for several accomplished osteopaths.
He is a member of the Australian Osteopath Association, and the Osteopaths Registration Board.
His has a firm belief that people are in control of their own wellbeing, and enjoys working with them to achieve their goals.

Sarah is a fully qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and
Remedial Massage Therapist.
She has a Bachelor of Health Science (TCM) from the University of Technology Sydney, Certificate of TCM and Diploma in Health Science (Massage Therapy). She has experience working in several clinics around the Sydney area as well as an internship she completed in a hospital in Beijing.

John is an experienced a fully qualified local massage therapist who specialises in Sports massasge (pre and post event), trigger points and Deep tissue. John also performs Relaxation, Swedish and Thai massage as well as Reflexology.
John is claimable with major health funds and has worked in local medical centres.
Samantha Moseley ~ Counselling & Kinesiology

Samantha’s former life in teaching and then working for Qantas as a flight attendant gave her the opportunity to study and dedicate her life to explore her interest in what makes people successful and live with passion. It is her belief that we need to deal with the core issues of what really holds us before we can really reach our true potential to live the life we dream.
Samantha has been working as a kinesiologist for 4 years. She also runs Art Therapy workshops. Finishing her studies at the College of Complimentary Medicine she also taught there as a tutor.
