Osteopathy Now Rebated Through Medicare's Enhanced Primary Care Program |

Recent changes to the medicare system allow for significant rebates for osteopathic treatments. Under the “Enhanced Primary Care” scheme from Medicare you are entitled to receive up to five (5) rebated treatments per calendar year if you:
- have a chronic condition (have had it for at least a few months) and
- have been managed by your GP and one other Medicare-recognised practitioner and
- are given a doctor's referral for osteopathic services.
