Rhys is a local resident who first became interested in Osteopathy as a competitive cyclist & soccer player. While his passion lies in treatment and prevention of sports injuries, his approach is not limited to this having successfully treated many other problems including joint and back pain, poor posture and headaches.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Osteopathy from the University of Western Sydney. During his time at University he gained practical experience working as a massage therapist for several accomplished osteopaths.
He is a member of the Australian Osteopath Association, and the Osteopaths Registration Board.
His has a firm belief that people are in control of their own wellbeing, and enjoys working with them to achieve their goals.

Sarah Folwell ~ Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) | Herbal Medicine | Acupuncture | Massage Therapy

Sarah is a fully qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and
Remedial Massage Therapist.
She has a Bachelor of Health Science (TCM) from the University of Technology Sydney, Certificate of TCM and Diploma in Health Science (Massage Therapy). She has experience working in several clinics around the Sydney area as well as an internship she completed in a hospital in Beijing.
John Mamacan ~ Massage Therapy
Diploma of Remedial Massage
John is an experienced a fully qualified local massage therapist who specialises in Sports massasge (pre and post event), trigger points and Deep tissue. John also performs Relaxation, Swedish and Thai massage as well as Reflexology.
John is claimable with major health funds and has worked in local medical centres.
Lydia O'Connor ~ Reiki
Qualified Reiki Master/Teacher
Lydia is a qualified Reiki Master/ Teacher who has also studied and trained in Martial Arts for 17 years. Martial Arts taught Lydia how to master her inner strength and discipline. She has also learnt many breathing techniques to help centre the mind and body.
Since moving to Sydney from England Lydia has been introduced to meditation and various techniques from the monks at the Nan Tien Temple in Wollongong, Zen Buddhism and Spiritual meditation. These experiences provided a great insight and understanding of how people emotionally and intellectually react to situations. Once she grasped the concept of meditation she discovered The Australian School of Reiki where her teacher Joann Willoughby taught her through to Reiki Master/ Teacher level.
Lydia’s journey has opened her to so much more love and compassion than she has ever felt before. Once she discovered this she knew she must teach and share these experiences with others through the Body in Balance Reiki School.
She is passionate about teaching others about healing and meditation to bring peace and happiness in to their lives. Lydia believes strongly in continuing her spiritual journey through studies with other spiritual teachers. She is dedicated to sharing and assisting others with her knowledge. Lydia is currently studying mediumship, meditation, yoga, channelling and other areas of healing modalities.
Tony Jaafar ~ Naturopathy

Tony holds diploma’s in Naturopathy, and Nutrition. He is also certified by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and registered with most Health Funds. He runs Health and Food Business and believes a successful treatment program should include well hydrated body combined with the right diet, life style and supplements.
